  • When should I apply?

    One way that we sort our waitlist is by date of application, so submitting as soon as possible is favorable.

  • Have you received my application?

    Our system will send you an automated response letting you know that your application has been received. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away. If you still can’t locate it, feel free to contact us to confirm.

  • Can I come for a tour?

    We encourage all prospective families to join us at our Open House event held annually in the early spring (exact date TDB). Families will have access to all classrooms, our studio, and opportunities to speak directly with teachers from all age groups as well as current PTCC families and administrators.

    To inquire about tours on a specific date, you are invited to call our center and ask for Debbie.

  • When do you send out official offers?

    Offers are typically sent out in early spring. We do our best to let families know as soon as possible as we are aware that securing childcare is a top priority. We are able to offer spots once we have a confirmed number of returning families and have had our budget approved for the following academic year.

  • Where am I in "line"?

    Each year we receive many applications for childcare. Applications are placed on the waiting list in the order they are received. Priority for enrollment is determined by the Harvard tier system (click the button below for more info.). It is always in your best interest to apply as soon as possible. :
